Approach to Treatment

Felicia is passionate about working with children and their families to establish achievable objectives that address their specific challenges. She recognizes the importance of family dynamics in a child's well-being, so she often works with both the child and their families to improve communication and create a supportive environment. She enjoys working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and teachers to create consistent and effective reward systems that reinforce desired behaviors in their children. This approach empowers children to develop strong self-esteem, emotional regulation skills, and the tools they need to succeed in school and life. Felicia has a strong interest in how children grow emotionally and socially, so her treatment approach also emphasizes the development of effective emotional regulation skills.
