Thriving Minds is hiring full-time or part-time psychologists, therapists, or social workers with experience working with a pediatric population. Thriving Minds is an expanding pediatric psychology clinic with branches in Livonia, Chelsea, Brighton, and newly-opened Grand Rapids (Ada) offering competitive compensation, a flexible schedule, a wonderful team of supportive coworkers, and administrative staff. We are seeking motivated, energetic therapist who is passionate about helping kids, adolescents, and families! Our clinic highly values treating mental health needs in an effective and research-based manner, while being family-oriented, flexible, and fun! We love being authentic and working successfully as a team.
The pediatric therapist position includes direct work with patient population, including psychotherapy and school consultation. Typical population includes children with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and behavioral management issues. Strong applicants will have a passion for consulting with schools, providing excellent evidence-based intervention, and working effectively with children and families.
Training and experience in the use of Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are a necessity. Must be licensed in Michigan (or willing/able to be licensed in Michigan); TLLP, LLP, LP, LLMSW, and LMSW are all accepted as applicants.
