Caroline enjoys working with children and adolescents using an integrative therapy approach and evidence-based techniques. She has six years of research experience in clinical psychology, child development, and education. She also has comprehensive training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) from the DBT Institute of Michigan. Caroline passionately imparts DBT skills to children and adolescents, employing aspects of the model tailored to their needs, rather than utilizing the entire DBT framework in her current practice. Caroline works together with families to address their needs while focusing on their strengths. She is also passionate about social justice and working with clients of all identities and backgrounds. She believes that therapy should be fun, collaborative, and supportive!
