Approach to Treatment
Treatment with Megan focuses on the child and the family to bring a holistic approach to healing. She ensures that when kids master the evidence-based skills learned in sessions, their caregivers also have the skills and confidence to support them. Megan has experience in working with trauma, crisis management, and various anxiety and depression related concerns. She meets her clients and families where they are and helps them formulate and work towards their goals. Megan brings a sense of humor and openness to each session to help clients and their families feel more comfortable and engaged.

Experience and Training
Megan graduated with her Masters in Social Work, with an emphasis on individual practice with children, youth, and families from University of Michigan-School of Social Work. She has experience treating children in various settings including private practice, crisis intervention access, general outpatient services, and intense trauma intervention in foster care inpatient facilities.

Megan lives in the Ann Arbor area with her four-year-old cat, Sammy. She loves spending time outside when the weather is nice and playing video games with her friends and family. She is a big believer in working together to reach our goals and access our best selves.
