Bryce Hella, PhD

Title: Licensed Psychologist, Clinic Director – Brighton

Approach to Treatment

Dr. Hella is passionate about evaluating/assessing a child’s barriers to reaching their full potential. She takes a goal-directed and nonjudgmental approach to therapy using evidence-based skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and behavioral-based parent training. She recognizes that a child or teenager exists within a family system. Thus, parents are often critical members of the collaborative treatment “team,” and help reinforce the use of coping strategies between therapy sessions.
