Join Thriving Minds for Growing Resilience in Trying Times (GRITT)—a parent-focused therapy program designed to help families navigate stress and support their child’s emotional well-being. Unlike traditional therapy, GRITT works primarily with parents in 8–10 weekly or biweekly sessions. This evidence-based series equips caregivers with tools to create lasting change at home.

What parents will learn:
Caregivers will gain strategies to:

  • Build a stronger emotional connection with their child

  • Support emotional regulation and flexible thinking

  • Teach self-discipline and problem-solving skills

  • Create a calm, nurturing home environment

  • Promote healthy communication and resilience
